Everyone was welcome, we had a wide array of cars not only Honda's and Acura's. We had a great turnout with good weather for most of the day.The meet was once again a success many Thanks to out sponsors and volunteers for making this event a success. October 15, 2009 at 01:19 PM Honda- Tech 6 Sunday August 9th 2009 This meet was a long time in the making but Teknotik.com and JDMRides.ca was pleased to produce the H-T 6 Meet 2009 - Canada's largest Honda and Acura gathering of the year on August 9th, at Grand Prix Kartways, Downsview Park Toronto Ontario. This event was free to everyone. We had over 600 cars in attendance this year from all parts of Ontario and Quebec. We anticipate the meet to grow again as it has over the past 6 years. With the overwhelming success of these meets we have many crews already talking about Honda-Tech 7. This meet is Canada's biggest meet to showcase the finest Honda's in Canada. If you missed it this year, the meet is only going to get bigger and better so make sure you keep an eye out on JDMRides.ca for more details on the upcoming H-T 7. We were fortunate enough to have the support of Grand Prix Kartways for use if their amazing facility for this event. They have unlimited space (backing onto the runways) and one of the nicest karting facilities in Canada. JDMRIDES's season opener meet is set for Sunday, April 19th, at 10am in partnership with Wheels Direct Scarborough located at 4732 Sheppard Avenue East ( (North of 401) McCowan/401). Don't miss this opportunity to finally kick start Summer in style! Rain date is April 26th. Due to the expected turnout we want to make best effort to keep this large group organized and orderly so that everyone can enjoy this meet. We have been fortunate enough to have been granted permission from the Administration Wheels Direct to use this lot for the meet. We ask that everyone drive with the utmost respect, caution, and care for the other businesses and patrons of the mall, as this is a public area and we do not want to draw negative attention to this large gathering. Although we have permission to use this area, a single "troublemaker" can ruin it for everyone - and thus we will have a ZERO tolerance policy.
