At Teknotik, we do our best to provide our customers with extremely safe payment solutions that fit their needs. Purchasing from our website is very easy! In our parts sections, simply select the item you are interested in purchasing and at the bottom left side of the page, you will find a request purchase button. Click on the request purchase button and fill out the Purchase Information Form. In this form, our customers have the choice between paying using Paypal or Interac Email Money Transfer.
We use Paypal to process credit card transactions and account money transfers whereas Interac Email Money Transfer is for customers prefering to withdraw directly out of their bank accounts using their online banking system. Once the Purchase Information Form has been completed and sent, we invoice the customer usually within a few hours with the information needed to complete the transaction.
All confidential information is handled by Paypal and Certapay (Interac) which have fully secure websites.
We invoice our customers because we want to make sure our customers get what they ordered on time. If for some reason, we do not have the part in stock and ready to go, we will notify the customer and recontact him/her as soon as we get the part in stock. This is the nature of the JDM business and we want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with the service and product they get.
***Prices on website do not include sales tax(applicable only for Canadian residents) and shipping. Parts sold in the province of Ontario are subject to GST(6%) and PST(8%). Customers outside of Ontario pay applicable GST/HST for their Province. Customers outside Canada may be charged customs fees. New and used parts on the Teknotik website are subject to price change at any time which means that although in most cases prices will be remain the same, we cannot guarantee the price being listed at all times***
